酒店還不錯，我在這裡轉機，去了市中心玩了一會，到市中心還有段距離，做火車要20分鐘左右，進點前台很紳士，説話條理清晰，不錯的，酒店很乾凈，一樓有餐廳，價格公道！

這家是我落地英國的第一家酒店，我個人覺得還是挺不錯的，各方面設施呢我覺得還是挺到位的。餐廳服務員態度非常好。早上的飯也算是比較豐盛。我個人認為已經是個性價比很高的酒店了。

I am a disabled person and I booked this room for accessible showering. Sadly, the seat was broken or you could say damaged as the plastic had worn away and it looked very disgusting full of bacteria surprised that a big chain like this has something like this.

給了一層，走廊地毯有點兒臟。服務人員也不熱情，我前面的女士問題很多，我等了5-6分鐘都沒有解決，然後我就去了衞生間，我的朋友在那排隊等辦理入住。我從衞生間出來發現，那位女士還沒完事，前台多了服務人員，但是並沒有幫助我的朋友辦理入住。我便上前詢問，該工作人員説我以為你們和那位女士是一起的。我就想説，她金頭髮我們黑頭髮，怎麼看我們也不是一起的吧！還有一個亞裔面孔的很傲哦……反正不友好～

I was checked in by a friendly staff member. The room was clean and big enough. I had everything I needed. The breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful and polite. The only downside was the bed and the pillows- not very comfortable.

Please check the hotel name and location. That’s my mistake but I thought I booked Holiday Inn, not Holiday Inn Express. This stay is nice and breakfast is not so sad. Bar looks nice.

It was a fuss free hotel with breakfast at unbeatable prices! Value for money I would say. And there is a bar directly downstairs. Overall I would say it is nice to stay just few days. Close to the airport but still gotta Uber.
